Returns
Royal Mail Returns Portal
Where authorised by a member of our team, you may use our Royal Mail Returns Portal to generate a return label:
https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/5753
Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the cost of using this service will be deducted from your refund.
Where we have specifically authorised the return label (for example, where goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly), no deduction will be made.
Royal Mail Size Limits
Maximum weight: 20kg
Maximum parcel dimensions: 61 × 46 × 46cm
If your parcel exceeds these limits, please contact us before returning your item so that we can advise an alternative method.
If an oversized or overweight parcel is returned using the Royal Mail Returns Portal and Royal Mail applies a surcharge, this surcharge will be deducted from any refund due.
Returning Your Order
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been authorised, the item should be returned to us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your intention to return it.
Refunds will be processed within 1–2 working days of the returned goods being received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a further 1–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
All refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Returning Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If the item you receive is:
-
faulty;
-
damaged in transit; or
-
not as described,
please contact us as soon as possible and, where requested, provide clear photographs of the issue.
Where the fault or issue is confirmed, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs and refund the original standard delivery charge where required by law.
In some cases, we may ask for the goods to be returned for inspection before a refund or replacement is authorised.
If inspection determines that the product is not faulty, has been damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, modification or normal wear and tear, or does not match the reported fault, the customer will remain responsible for all return costs.
Change of Mind Returns
If you no longer require an item and it is not faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
Returned goods should be:
-
unused;
-
uninstalled;
-
complete with all supplied components;
-
returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible; and
-
in a condition suitable for resale.
We reserve the right to reduce any refund where the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Sealed Products
For hygiene, protection or quality control reasons, certain products are supplied in sealed packaging.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been removed from sealed packaging where doing so prevents the item from being resold as new.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty goods.
Return Postage and Additional Charges
Unless the goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning goods.
The following charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund where applicable:
-
Original shipping charges (other than the original standard UK delivery charge where refundable under applicable consumer law).
-
Any premium shipping services selected at checkout, including express or timed delivery services.
-
Any duty prepaid, import taxes, customs clearance charges or similar fees paid by us in relation to the original shipment.
-
The €3 EU customs handling fee per HS tariff code (or any equivalent customs administration charge) where already incurred on the outbound shipment.
-
Any customs duties, taxes, import VAT or handling charges incurred because an international return has not been correctly declared as a returned item.
-
Any carrier surcharge, administration fee or additional carriage charge incurred as a result of:
-
insufficient return postage;
-
oversized or overweight parcels;
-
unsuitable packaging;
-
failure to complete customs documentation correctly;
-
failure to clearly identify an international parcel as a returned item; or
-
any other additional charge imposed by the carrier due to the manner in which the parcel was sent.
-
Where such costs are incurred by us, they may be deducted from any refund due or invoiced separately if no refund remains.
Packaging Your Return
We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service and retaining your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged whilst in transit to us.
To help us process your return quickly, please include a note containing:
-
your name;
-
your order number (if known);
-
your address;
-
your email address; and
-
the reason for returning the item.
