UK Mainland Orders
We offer free shipping to all UK mainland locations as standard. The delivery time is estimated at 2-4 working days from dispatch. You can select from a range of shipping options at the checkout to suit your needs including a next working day delivery option on all of our items. Please note, Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days by our couriers or by us. Please see delivery timescales below for further information.
We offer shipping to most countries and you can select from a range of shipping options at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll notify you of a price to your destination. Shipping prices will vary depending on your location.
For delivery to the EU, all orders will be shipped "Delivered Duty Paid". This means that we will pay all VAT, Duty and admin fees on your behalf so there will be no further charges for you to pay at import.
For international deliveries outside of the EU, VAT and Duty on import are the responsibility of you, the buyer. If you have any queries about costs of importing from the UK, please contact your relevant country's tax office.
We aim to dispatch all of our orders same day where possible, however as collection times can vary day by day we can only guarantee same day dispatch for the following cut-off times:
Standard delivery option - 12pm
Express delivery option - 1pm
International delivery option - 12pm
We will endeavour to ship items after these times wherever possible but it is assumed that orders placed after these cut-off times will be dispatched the next working day by the delivery service chosen at the checkout.
Where items are being sent by a courier, you'll be updated as soon as your item is dispatched, with the tracking number and a link to the tracking page on the couriers website. This will be sent to your registered e-mail address used when making payment. Where items are being sent un-tracked, you'll be notified by e-mail that we've dispatched your item.
We provide delivery estimates on all of our delivery options, which are available at the checkout. These time frames are taken directly from the couriers we use. If your delivery hasn't arrived in the expected time frame, please feel free to get in touch and we'll investigate this with the courier. You can also contact the courier directly quoting your tracking number and they should be able to assist you.
Some couriers will deliver on weekends, however this isn't guaranteed. For this reason, all deliveries are assumed to be Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. For example, a purchase made on Friday before our cut-off time and with the next day delivery option selected, will be estimated for a Monday delivery. Saturday guaranteed deliveries are also available if ordered by 1pm on a Friday and the Express Saturday Delivery option is selected.
Delays to deliveries, although they are rare, do sometimes happen for reasons outside of our or the couriers control.
