Warranty Policy
At Square Motorcycle Parts, we stand behind the quality of the products we supply. While our standard returns window covers items that are unused and returned within the specified period, we also understand that issues can occasionally arise after this time. If a problem occurs outside of the returns window, you’re still covered by our warranty for added peace of mind.
Warranty Period
All eligible products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and faults that arise during normal use of the item.
What the Warranty Covers
If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, we will:
- Thoroughly assess and test the item to confirm the reported issue
- Determine whether the fault is due to a manufacturing defect or product failure
- Offer a replacement or suitable resolution once the fault has been verified
Our aim is to ensure that any genuine faults are dealt with quickly and fairly, minimising downtime and inconvenience.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
- Wear and tear from normal use over time
- Modifications or alterations made to the product
- Damage caused by accidents, neglect, or external factors

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item has developed a fault:

Once received, we will assess the product and confirm the next steps. If a manufacturing fault is found, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution promptly.
