This rectifier has been designed to replace the original unit on a Honda SH150 with the OEM 31600-MV4-010.

Fitment Information
- Please ensure that the any issues related to charging are to do with the regulator rectifier itself and are not related to the battery, wiring loom, alternator or any other part within the charging system before fitting. Please ensure that the issue is verified by a qualified and competent mechanic. Also ensure that any works completed are done so by a qualified and competent mechanic.
- Ensure that the rectifier is fitted to the frame and gets enough air flow. It is recommended to fit a backing plate to allow the heat to dissipate more easily.
- Please ensure the mechanic performs a voltage test at idle and at 5000rpm with the bike running for at least 10-15 minutes prior to revving to 5000rpm. If the readings are above what your manual states (commonly no greater than 15 volts but can vary from bike to bike so check your manual) then please remove the rectifier and contact us directly. If the readings are below the readings in the manual then you most likely have an alternator issue.
